Hi Ron,

Thanks for clearing up the issues I had with the book. I've always known you to be a prompt artist with the books you draw, but I thought you might be struggling with the fantasy element. Glad you're not - the visuals are, as I said, mesmerizing.

I'll eat my words on the cover - that's fantastic stuff. But I will always argue that you keep with an inker. I know some artists don't like inkers going over their work, but I think Reinhold did a stellar job on your Amazing Spider-Man stuff.

Hopefully we can do an interview sometime. I'd like to hear your thoughts on digital inking vs. traditional and why you've made the choice to go into the former.

Cheers,
Jason

Hey J--thanks for the nice words. About the inking, the book started out late--I was given the first script five weeks out. So we're trying to make up the time by putting in the back up story, As Im being given some more time, Im trying to get it tighter, without an inker.
For the record, that cover is pencils only--it isn't inked. But it shows how good the pencils CAN look if tight enough.
   Best,
       RG
