Spider-Man will forever be a "Brand New Day" until this whole marriage thing is fixed. Hell, it's even hammered away as Brand New Day in the latest issue of Spider-Man by the characters!. So please don't tell me otherwise.

There were quite a few in the 70s and 80s that had back ups and pin ups. Even last year's Sensational Spider-Man had a back up story. Maybe you should get your facts straight, sir. If you have specific numbers, post them. Otherwise your argument is completely empty.

If you're going to whine about something at least get your facts straight!

Brand New Day has been over for monthes. They ended that labeling and moved on to the Kraven storyline and now then on to New Ways to Die!

Sheesh, I'm getting sick of people whining about something that's long over!

Second, I've been reading these singles for 30 odd years and I can tell you very few annuals had backup stories, pinups etc. Way in the beginning perhaps, but few in the 70's and 80's did!

Personally, I love just being able to read a double-sized story but instead of paying for 2 comics, paying less.

However, I WILL be passing on this as I really hate the Jackpot character!
